There is no more powerful force in the universe than "I don't wanna." I'm experiencing it right now. I'm on a major deadline, I spent the weekend moving--no shoehorning--my parents into a new house. My body and mind are exhausted and yes, I have a really bad case of the "I don't wannas." So what do you do when you're in charge of a nonprofit that demands and deserves your best, and so does your family, your community, and yourself?
