I don't know about you, but I can sometimes be hot-headed. When someone says or does something that pushes my buttons, I have a tendency to react (poorly) rather than to respond (thoughtfully). In a recent improv workshop I learned how to listen to others and then the three questions to ask myself before I respond to them. I think this will help you, too, if you're quick to react. It will also help you if you hold everything in and don't really know what to say in the moment. Let me know what you think and if this helps you. Email me ([email protected]) and let me know.
