We prioritise working with people who have particular support needs: Acquired Brain Injury; Addictions; Autism Spectrum; Additional Communication Needs; Dementia; Learning Disability; Mental Health; Older people; Physical Disability; and Sensory Impairment. Some of the most common areas of work we are involved in are: Detentions and Tribunals under the Mental Health Act, Guardianship and Adults With Incapacity, Power of Attorney, PIP and ESA Assessments, Investigations and Case Conferences under the Adult Support and Protection Act, Children’s Hearings and Children’s Panels.
