This is a very special episode for me. Today's guest is none other than the front man of the band I've joined, GNARNIA. I've know Chris for some time now, and he's always struck me as a cool guy. Nice dude. Welcoming. And a hell of a front person. I've been a genuine fan before being a member. So this was a great public opportunity for me to get to know him better. This was an in person interview, so there are some irregularities about it, but that's just the way it goes. He came in to talk about Sublime's 40 oz. to Freedom, which is an album also dear to my heart. So through that lens we touch on being young and dumb, finding punk and hip hop at an early age, seeing Sublime(4 times!) before Bradley's untimely death, skating, surfing, and of course GNARNIA's latest album the double EP Thin Ice/Crime Town available as a limited lathe cut 12" vinyl.
