Bindi is a boutique winery based in the Macedon Ranges, 50km north west of Melbourne, that he established in 1988 with his father Bill Dhillon. His Pinot and Chardonnay set the standard and are celebrated by the most serious wine collectors. He's just been awarded Winemaker of the Year and his 2019 Block 5 Pinot Noir Award Winning Pinot Noir at the 2022 Halliday Wine Companion Awards Ceremony.
