Kelly Flagg is a lifelong lover of all things health & wellness! From making avocado masks in her teens to finding the weight room in college, she has always been on a quest for better health! In her mid 30's after several stressful life events (Divorce, several moves, and a high-stress corporate job) she found herself injured and unable to exercise in the way she had relied on for so many years! Chronic pain combined with chronic stress made her realize something had to change. It was during this time that her love for nutrition, healthy foods, and gentler exercise grew, and she knew she was meant for a greater purpose.
She got herself healthy, a story which you will hear, and now helps stressed-out women become their best future self! What does this mean? It means leaving behind the idea of "getting back to" somewhere you have previously been, and instead focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes to bring you to your best health at any age. She focuses on the health of the mind, body, and skin through nutrition and exercise and believes every deserves to feel great!
