I'm in a great mood thanks to squeezing 5 jiu jitsu training sessions in 3 days. There's a bit of pain and discomfort but it doesn't outweigh the positives.

I'm excited my whole family will be competing in a bjj competition this August. And with a little luck, my friends Luka and Karl will join us.
