Previous Episode: Judgmental Staff

Being a practice manager sometimes feels like you’re working in a bubble. Your role is unique to each practice and while other team members have colleagues in the same role to talk to, you as the manager are the only one at your practice. And once you are managing, it seems like you need to have all the answers. So, having a solid network of people in your corner can be a real lifesaver. Someone you can turn to for advice or just a listening ear.

Maria Pirita is excellent at networking and she joins us today to talk about how to create this support group for yourself. Maria is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager, was in the field as a Hospital Administrator in Chicago, and is currently the Business Development Coordinator for the Uncharted Veterinary Conference.

Don’t make it hard on yourself when we are all in this together.
