In this week's episode, I interview Marine Corps Veteran Elvin Lantigua, a Licensed Real Estate Agent (Discher Group) based out of San Diego, CA. During the podcast we talk about his transition out of the Marines and some of the lessons he learned and wanted to share looking back. His path to entrepreneurship was slightly longer than some of the previous guests, but his analysis of his experience and growth provide great insight regardless of the career path you choose. Additionally, Elvin breaks down some real estate basics and current trends in the Southern California area. As a military relocation specialist, he also highlights some important topics concerning PCS moves and PCS season. Lastly, Elvin brielfy touches on the VA Home loan and some of the new updates that have come out and some ideas to think about when using it as a primary residence and investment property.
