The VT Prize, Rutland Magazine, Jazz Festivals

The Vermont Prize celebrates and supports the best visual art being made in Vermont today. We’ll open the show learning about the Prize and meet the inaugural winner, renowned visual artist, graffiti scholar and educator Will Kasso Condry of Brandon. Next, we’ll open the phones for the only time this week. During the second half of the show, we’ll hear from the editor of Rutland Magazine Cassie Horner about stories in the publication and what it’s like being in print media in 2022. And we’ll finish the show getting ready for two upcoming jazz festivals.
