Balloon and Airship Museum, Farm to Cheese, Big Picture Farm

We’ll begin in the Thetford suburb of Post Mills as we wander through the Experimental Balloon and Airship Museum. Next, we’ll step up to the charcuterie big leagues and meet the owners of Farm to Cheese, who create charcuterie boards that go on forever. Kicking off the second half of the show, we’ll open up the phones for the first time this week. And we’ll finish the show at the Big Picture Farm, a goat dairy and confectionary in Townshend, where we’ll fill our bellies with cheeses, caramels, chocolates and more.
