Fukuburger is a Las Vegas based fast-casual restaurant. Started as a Gourmet Food Truck in 2010 with partner Chef MAGS, Fukuburger has now a brick and mortar locations in Southwest Las Vegas, Chinatown, and within the walls of Allegiant Stadium.
Colin has been in the restaurant business for 30-plus years. Started with a company that went from four locations to a publicly traded multibillion-dollar concept.
Colin worked as a server at TAO after being let go from a corporate job
Sold the Fukuburger IP to Harry Morton, Owner of Viper Room nightclub/Founder of Pink Taco and son of Peter Morton (co-founder of the Hard Rock Café and Hotel chain). Harry Morton brought Fukuburger to Hollywood in 2011.  Colin regained the Fukuburger IP a few years later.
