Ishmael B. Delarosa came across Tara riding her bike on September 20th, 1988. This episode recounts Ishmael's statement to the Valencia County Sheriff's Office on August 23, 1991 almost three years after Tara's disappearance. Its a LONG episode and at times difficult to listen to. It recounts Ishmael's statement WORD FOR WORD. Every um, uh, stutter, repeat of sentences is in here. I didn't want to cut anything out because there are a lot of important details in this statement and I wanted to keep the integrity of his statement. Ish had a mind for details and searched for the person driving the old Ford truck until the day he died. There are photos in the Case File section of the website for listeners to get an idea of where Tara was seen.
