Jeff Meszaros is a 2nd degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is very knowledgeable holding multiple black belts in a variety of Martial Arts. Jeff currently teaches classes at the West Vancouver Community Centre. (West Van BJJ).
Jeff takes us on a journey through the history of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well discusses how martial arts can enhance all areas of your everyday life.
