I have been hunting Steve down for a number of months now :-) and finally managed to get him onto the podcast and boy, was it worth the wait.
We have an in-depth, wide-ranging discussion covering vulnerability, mindset, his passionate human-centred approach to HR (no it is not obviously common!), who is inspiring him the most right now and so much more. Oh and PS, he does have lava-lamps in his office, amazing!
