In this episode of the Us People Podcast. I have the pleasure of speaking to Benjamin Ellin - Music Director and Composer.

I was humbled to talk to BENJAMIN ELLIN -  Award-winning and critically acclaimed British conductor and composer Benjamin Ellin is currently Music Director of the Thursford Christmas Spectacular, co-founder, conductor and composer of the contemporary-fusion ensemble Tafahum, Principal Conductor of the Slaithwaite Philharmonic Orchestra, Music Director of Focus Opera and President of Pembroke Academy of Music, London.

We had a lovely conversation talking about the life of being  Benjamin Ellin, his home town, why he chose to be a conductor and composer, how music helps him in his everyday life, where his musical inspiration comes from,  what he thinks is important for a composer to learn about the background of the music industry rather than just wanting the fame, what he would do differently if there was no judgment towards him and what advice he would give to someone wanting to go in the direction of becoming conductor and composer in the music industry.

"Music is the healer of pain a giver of love to the soul, it can save your life on a rainy day, so you can live and dance again" -  Savia Rocks
