The topic of discussion for this week’s episode is how necessary it is to have the right data when choosing skills to develop or your career path. Today I’ll be talking with Jeff Wald, Founder of Work Market, an enterprise software platform that enables companies to manage freelancers (acquired by ADP).

Jeff has founded several other technology companies, including Spinback, a social sharing platform (eventually purchased by salesforce.com). Jeff began his career in finance, serving as Managing Director at activist hedge fund Barrington Capital Group, a Vice President at venture capital firm GlenRock and various roles in the M&A Group at JP Morgan.

He’ll be sharing types of data to look at when choosing a career, key questions to ask yourself when considering a career change or deciding on what skills to upgrade and more.  If you’re trying to make an informed decision about your next career move, this episode is for you.
