Simon Madden is a former Australian Rules Footballer who played 378 games for the Essendon Football Club, kicking 575 goals as a Ruckman who was also a handy Forward.
His a 2x Premiership Player (1984-85), 3x All-Australian (1983, 1987-88), 6x VFL Team of the Year (1983-84, 1987-90), 4x Essendon Best & Fairest (1977, 1979, 1983-84), 3x Essendon leading goalkicker (1980, 1982, 1991), Norm Smith Medalist (1985), Essendon Captain (1980-81), his named as the Ruckman in the Essendon Team of the Century & his apart of the AFL Hall of Fame.
