Peer support is extremely important in every facet of our lives. It goes beyond being a good friend, because sometimes your peers are people you've never met.

As I was recording this piece it struck me that I wanted to release it right away without worrying about editing or tagging etc. It is 9/11 and while I didn't even intend it, I think because of that and National Suicide Awareness month, it's best if I post it right away. You never know who out there could use a little story like this.

Let me know what you think.

Go to AbbyBolt.com for more information on this and many other controversial subjects surrounding moral courage in the workplace and what it means to Lead with F.I.R.E.

Email me at [email protected] if you have an experience you would like to share or are in need of a resource. If I can't help, I will point you in the direction of someone who can.
