044 Revealing The Results Of My Brain Scans {My Health Journey Part 3}

In this episode, we go through the third part of my healing journey. After dealing with adrenal fatigue and dealing with heavy metal poisoning relatively quickly, I was still struggling. Even after starting my days a bit later than usual, changing my workout routine, and making a couple of more adjustments, I still felt depleted. 

I went for a second opinion on my blood tests, and despite some markers actually getting better, there were a couple of other things I needed to take care of. However, it wasn't until I decided to take a brain scan that things got interesting, and I discovered many things that literally changed my life.

I took that time as an opportunity to be curious, read a lot, get coached, and above all, be more compassionate with myself. Although I'm still under treatment, this journey has been a mindset changer for me. I'm grateful it allowed me to feel supported, held and heard.
