In this first part, I'll be sharing details of how my routine looked when I got the diagnosis and the things I thought were good for my health and actually were the exact opposite. I hope that by sharing my experiences dealing with this condition and what I've learned from it, you can allow yourself to be supported, get curious about how you feel, and realise there is no need to feel like crap all the time in order to have a successful business.

I consider myself a morning person. I love to wake up, start my day full throttle and get lots of things done before everyone wakes up. After my diagnosis, I had to take my foot off the gas a bit, and that was one of the most challenging parts of my recovery. Still, as I knew I was serving a greater purpose, I had to get used to this small but massive change.
