Doctor Who, S06E11- God Complex

This episode was a pretty fun one in its way, because I'm all about looking at the specific things that scare us and why they do. However, it ends in a surprising way, with the Doctor deciding that Amy and Rory are in too much danger too often by being around him, and he decides to drop them off at their flat and say goodbye.
However, I'm not convinced. I think that they will be back. I guess we shall see!
