Doctor Who, S04E10- Forest Of The Dead

Hey there, listeners! We're finally here with the second part of the two-parter storyline about dangerous shadows, dead trees, virtual reality, computers, and skeletons!
I was really pleased with how much this episode picked up and ran with all of the setup from Part 1, because that's not always how things play out. I was really invested in Donna's relationship, and I really hope that her love returns someday. Who knows. One can dream.
Meanwhile, River is over here having to sacrifice herself to save everyone...and I'm not totally sure I buy the reasoning behind it. But I guess! She manages to get saved in a little memory stick in the sonic screwdriver, so she goes on living in what is allegedly a idyllic VR system until...the end of time? Hmmm I'm not so sure this worked out super well for her.
