This episode marks the final time (that I know of, anyway) in which we see David Tennant as the Doctor, and it's a bit of a bumpy landing but I think we've been through worse. The Master finds out where the drum beat in his mind is from, and there's a confrontation between his tormentors, who also just happen to be Time Lords themselves. Rude.
Also, there's a whole thing with poor Donna being in danger of getting her memories back, and thankfully it turns out to be something that helps her escape the Master, although I can't help but wonder why the Doctor wouldn't warn her family about this. But at least she's okay, and gets the wedding she deserves. Plus, y'know, millions of dollars in lottery winnings.
