Our culture is all just go, go, go. Jobs, school schedules, after school activities, even dinner and laundry never end and sneak up like little deadlines. It is so easy now to flick on a light at 6am regardless of what time the sun rises and start plugging away at our day, but are we allowing our bodies to have seasons?
