We are making a switch. It’s time to rebrand and turn this cab around.

Yup, we used to be Unreliable Narrators. But now we are Reliable Narrators. It's a big deal.

Our guest on this word-famous podcast is Clifford Krauss (CSEP-CPT,Bachelors in Physical Literacy, Personal Trainer at @natefityyc). Cliff is a Heart Attack Survivor who now turned his ship around, and now he wants to see other people improve their fitness as well. He gives us his take on all things gym and fitness. Wait until he unloads on the Liver King!

Cliff's story is one of a miraculous recovery. At a very young age, he had a couple of severe heart attacks. That was when he switched life paths from rocking hard in a band, to fitness studies and personal training.

From his Instagram:
"WHY DO I TRAIN?
"This can be the easiest or the hardest question to ask yourself.
It used to be a hard question for me. I didn’t see a really good reason to be in the gym most days, so when I did get into a gym, I just did whatever random exercise I wanted, with minimal intensity and no goal in mind.
"Then I had a couple of heart attacks, and my priorities changed overnight.
"I train because I want to live. I train because I want to have a good quality of life, for the rest of my life. I train for all of the mental and physical benefits exercise provides. I train because training changed the way I see myself."
