This conversation with LaDarius Jamison (Zo. j)  was a super important one!  It is always refreshing to speak to a male who knows the importance of healing, breaking generational curses and the importance of removing ourselves from toxic situations. He is Also a PUBLISHED AUTHOR ! 

ABOUT THE GUEST:
La’Darius Jamison also known by his poet name ZO.J Is from Jackson Ms and Has been writing for 5 years now. He started writing because He didn’t feel heard and no one understood what He was going through. He struggled a lot with maintaining emotions and relationships because of a lack of being taught how to love and protect his self from toxic people. He went through a deep depression and even had suicidal thoughts because of bad relationships with family and women. He picked up a pen and wrote down everything that He was feeling and he began to notice that As he shared with others the way He felt was relatable. He thought God didn’t like him  but he was just preparing him to write his new poetry book, “the addled soul”.
