Recently, while training our curriculum titled "Leadership Academy," I shared a story involving the legendary Viktor Frankl, who wrote the book "Man's Search for Meaning." The Leadership Academy is taught to various audiences such as – future and upcoming leaders, managers, and executives. In this short clip, I share the ultimate leadership principle.
