Passover is almost here, and I want to show you how to make my favorite unleavened bread for Passover.

For this recipe you will need:

• ¼ cup oil
• ¼ cup honey
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 ½ cups water
• 6 to 6 ½ cups flour

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oil, honey, salt, eggs, and water. Stir until well-mixed.

Next stir in about 3-4 cups of flour, then add more flour as needed, and knead it into a fairly stiff dough.

Divide the dough into workable pieces and On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece into a large rectangle. You can make them as thin or as thick as you like.

Prick the dough with a fork and place it on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Lightly oil the bread and sprinkle with salt.

Bake in a preheated oven at 375-degrees for approximately 10-20 minutes depending on the thickness of your bread. It should be lightly brown on top.

Remove unleavened bread from baking sheet and place on wire rack to cool.
