I invite guests to share personal stories about acts of leadership that help shape their lives. In Episode 99, Mark McNally talks about a friend’s observation that raises Mark’s awareness about his work balance. He then shares a story about a company he took public, which transitioned to a discussion about transparency, vulnerability, trust, and loyalty. Mark also advises us to challenge our assumptions.

Prologue

He is an accomplished product and marketing executive who has successfully scaled organizations from startup to multinational establishments. He has traveled to more than forty countries and almost all the U.S. states to collaborate with customers and investors.
