Mother of 4 Kristin Mismash grew up in California in the Mormon Church, often referred to as the LDS church. At the age of 45 she decided to leave the church, much to her husband's disapproval, and follow a more secular spiritual path, one she had been exploring for around 10 years. Little did she know how far down the rabbit hole her searching would take her and how life would present her with challenges to overcome, and cement her new found spiritual knowledge.

With the transition of her husband in 2019 and navigating her community and children, Kristin decided not to throw the baby out with the bath water when living her spiritual principles, letting much of what she was taught help her discover much more of who we all truely are. A spiritual being having a physical life experience.

Today Kristen helps facilitate consciousness events and gatherings, she also helps to create community for people who feel they have lost their community, because they no longer resonate with the teachings within them.

A USUI REIKI MASTER & TEACHER Kristin facilitate sound baths and drums circles in her REIKI Studio located in Murray, Utah, near Salt Lake City.
