Gun Control ordinances are starting to pop up all over the country. Most recently, one of these ordinances popped up in Indianapolis. Indy's gun control measure would raise the legal age to purchase a firearm in Marion County to 21-years-old. It would ban semi-automatic assault weapons, rollback permit-less carry and prohibit the concealed carry of a firearm.

One major problem with this ordinance? Indiana state law prohibits it.
