The DEA is attempting to bring awareness to a new drug called “rainbow fentanyl” or rainbow “fent.” As kids are returning back to school, the DEA wants parents to know this drug is being disguised to look like Flintstone vitamins, sidewalk chalk or candy all in an effort to target your kids.

Earlier this month in Arizona, Customs and Border Protection seized roughly 15-thousand colorful fentanyl pills that were strapped to someone’s leg. The DEA says they are working tirelessly to disrupt the drug cartels responsible for trafficking this rainbow fentanyl across the southern border, but it is unfortunately too late as it has already reached 13 states, including Indiana.
