Ever do self-sabotage. Whereas there used to be a time when I think I spent the entire day bumping against self-sabotage, engaging in self sabotage and things like that. And it's funny because I knew. So many things, however, they were wired backwards in my brain. Anybody ever have that? Where down seems up and up, seems down and the body cannot hold.
Two pieces of contrary information. So for trying to program yourself, Through talk affirmation. Self-hypnosis all that great stuff that I am beautiful. I am powerful. And yet there's this thought about. Oh, you're so ugly. Nobody believes in you that kind of thing, that, that affirmation, that new thought process that I am, that is that I am.
