Body Groove; Tips and Tricks for Moving Your Body with Joy


 


The first tip:   Stop trying to get it right, to do it exactly like someone else.   Do it your way.   Sit down if you feel like it, chair dance, wiggle your butt, walk at your pace, smile, lift your beautiful face to the sky, the rain and exclaim I am in the process of learning to move with my body in joyous delight.


 Now, allow yourself to have joyous bodygasms so that those around you will say, “I’ll have what she’s having”.


Moving and grooving is not a punishment.


 Love yourself and your body every step of the way.


 Stop listening to fuckwits who tell you only this way works.


 Joy. Joy.  Joy
