Today's podcast. I don't know about how many of you have dealt with weight. Body image have decided that you needed to lose two pounds, three pounds, half a pound, half an ounce.
Whatever it is that there was just something not quite right about your body anybody ever had that experience that, maybe somebody told you that if you just dropped five pounds, you would look better in that outfit. Or there's just everybody around you is really thin. Or you see somebody who looks really great and somebody says, yeah, but she's got chubby thighs or Scott fat calves, or, there's just always a reason to pick someone apart.
