There has been a lot of reason for the past decade to count middle America out of the economic and technological future of the country. But a new study from Heartland Forward tells a different story, showing that the "Heartland" is doing better at attracting and retaining members of the Millennial cohort in recent years. Ross DeVol, president and CEO of Heartland Forward, joins Underscored to discuss why that is.
