Phil is a certified fitnes and health men's coach, he is focusing on helping busy married men with children get into the best shape of their life. He can get you real results in life, Phil knows what real life is like when you are a busy dad. He does not make excuses, he is married, has 7 children, owns a CrossFit gym, and is an online fitness coach and he still makes time to be healthy for his family.

Phil is passionate about helping men get healthy while living busy lives. And he has the experience to do it. He played college football at University of La Verne, then played professional football, after that he played Area football, and made it to the Regionals in the CrossFit Games.
