They discuss producer meddling, turning 30 vs finding actual love (with a guy that has snogged Britney Spears...) and...Has the love gone for Dr Love? In which case we will just call him Alex.

Plus there may be some adoration for the new Wes-Josh-Jack band - especially when they rhyme "surfer" with "birthed her".
