Grief is complicated. For those who’ve dealt with loss and have felt the myriad of emotions accompanied by losing a loved one, those feelings are all too familiar. I sincerely hope my guest today offers a sense of solace on this subject and, hopefully, helps to reframe and alleviate some of the confusing and overwhelming thoughts surrounding death.

Joining me on this episode is an empowering Speaker, Author, and Creator of ‘Zero Limits Coaching’, Jesse Brisendine! After experiencing a series of tremendous losses, Jesse had struggled for a long time to find joy within the life he used to know. It wasn’t until much later, after making the decision to honor his late friend, that he launched ‘The 1 Year 1000 Challenge’, which had him take on a thousand new things he’d never done before, by the year’s end. In conjunction with ‘Sunrise, Sunset Day’, these initiatives have spread globally and have given others the chance to move through grievances of their own.

We’ll be discussing Jesse’s personal feelings around grief and loss, how these painful events shaped and influenced his purpose to help others, as well as Jesse’s advice on communicating within romantic and familial relationships.
