Today I’m joined by Debra Scott. Debra is a member of the amazing forum Diabetes.co.uk which is, in my opinion, the greatest democratisation of the Diabetes community in the Uk, maybe the world. Just think before the internet - hundreds of thousands of individuals would be separated and alone, whereas as a community they get to take back control of their health and their lives. It’s inspirational to say the least.
