Hollywood Talent Manager, Vinny Fiorenza is on the show today. We're talking about the mind of a talent manager in tinsel town, his entrepreneurial abilities, how he brings that east coast/New York mentality to the west coast, what creatives should be doing to get seen by managers and agents, and film scenes that make you cry and how it's "not necessary".
