He is a native of Central Florida and an active member in the Central Florida communities. Mario also serves as Dean of students at iList University. In today's episode, Mario shares with our listeners how to get started in the real estate industry, how to use real estate to build generational wealth, and how to build a business in real estate.

Mario is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Orlando Regional Realtors Association, the Real Estate Buyer’s Council, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Mario holds designations as an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Gold Key Professional, and a Real Estate Negotiations Expert. Mario has almost 20 years of real estate experience and has held positions as a Branch Manager for Stockton Turner Mortgage Bankers, Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Hampton & Hampton, Property Manager for Waterton Residential, as well as a Franchise owner of RE/MAX Gold Series Realty. One of Mario’s greatest recognitions is when he earned a membership into the Multi-Million Dollar Producer Club in 2014.

As Mario continues to thrive as broker of 5 real estate firms in Central Florida, he is also pivoting into a new real estate arena real estate development. As Sr. Partner at Ingram’s Land Development & Acquisition, it his Mario’s hopes and aspirations to use this project to meet the needs of an affordable housing shortage which currently exists in some Central Florida locations. It is his tireless effort and passion through this Land and Development project, that he hopes affordable housing opportunities will provide families with a sense of pride and create the desire to own their own piece of the “American Dream”!
