Nat chats with Genese, a mom of twins whose 5-week-old twins were born at 27 weeks gestation due to an incompetent cervix and Selective Intrauterine Growth Restriction (sIUGR). sIUGR is a condition that occurs when monochorionic twins share unequal portions of the placenta. Her twins are still growing in the NICU.

Genese Crittendon is a California native that resides in Texas with her family. She has had ups and downs with her past pregnancies. Before her most current pregnancy she was a mother to just 2 girls ages 14 and 6. Genese and her husband Irving both come from big families. Genese is a licensed Esthetician and in Property Management and her husband is also self employed, sells and repairs cars. Genese let her husband know near the end of 2019 that if they didn't conceive by end of year that they would just be done because they are getting close to 40 years of age!
