If the name Maltbie Babcock isn't familiar, you will now likely remember it for a good while. The man with the uncommon name had such a wide range of skills that most of us would be jealous. Whether in academics, athletics, the arts, or winning personality, he was greatly accomplished. God called him to the ministry where he served faithfully in multiple churches. As he was going out for a run, he would say he was "going out to see my Father's world." He was inspired to write a sixteen-stanza poem that still blesses us today.
