2oz Gin
2oz Apple Whiskey
Angostura Bitters
Pear Cider
Cinnamon Stick
Dried Pear Slice Garnish
Light one end of a cinnamon stick so it starks to smoke and place the smoking stick under a tumbler to smoke the inside of the glass. In a separate glass, stir together gin, apple whiskey, and bitters with ice. Strain into smoked tumbler with ice. Fill with pear cider. Add an unburnt cinnamon stick and dried pear slices for garnish. USE CAUTION when lighting the cinnamon. Fire hot. Fire burn. Enjoy!
