1oz Lime Juice
1/2oz Rose Syrup
Topo Chico Mineral Water
Salt
Manzanilla/Chamomile
Ince a glass. Add pomelo, lime, rose syrup, and salt. Fill remainder of glass with Topo Chico and stir to mix syrup with the other ingredients. Garnish with manzanilla and enjoy!
