For this week's Hot Tastes, Winston wants to see cauliflower as a replacement for chicken items on more menus, David wants more internet recipe attribution to the original source, and Mike says there's an appropriate time and place for the single-ply napkin. For the tasting, regular, jalapeno and turkey spam are fried up and served alongside a spam fried rice, a bbq smoked spam, and a surprise dessert (SPOILER: it's a spam pineapple upside down cake). One of these things was named "the best think you've made for the show ever."
