Featured in TIR Episode 285 (Part 2 of 2): Bassist Aaron Mills, best known for his longtime association with iconic funk group Cameo. Having laid down countless ferocious grooves with that band from 1979 onward, he also recorded with one of rap’s premier acts in Outkast. 

Classic Cameo tracks he appears on include "I Just Want to Be," "Sparkle," "Shake Your Pants," "Freaky Dancin'," "Keep It Hot," "Word Up!" and "Candy." Among his other credits are Ramsey Lewis, Charles Earland, CeeLo Green and Gwen Stefani. And he has some new music of his own for 2023.
