If you can change the way that you think about something then you can change the way that you feel about it. Today, Whitney is talking to Kara Loewetheil about how to take back control of your thoughts. Kara is a Master Certified Coach with a B.A. from Yale and J.D. from Harvard Law, as well as the host of the iTunes top-rated self-help podcast Unf*ck Your Brain. In the last three years after pivoting from a legal career, she has grown her life coaching business from 0 to 7 figures. At the end of the day, your thoughts control your emotions. You can consciously decide to engage with your thoughts instead of being at the mercy of those thoughts. Change the way you think and create your own life!
